The work of David Erel, a student in Ƶ’s dual degree Engineering 2+3 curriculum, is being recognized this week on North Carolina State University’s Office of Undergraduate Research Web site.

Ƶ’s dual degree program allows students to receive a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Ƶ and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from N.C. State.
Rich D’Amato, associate professor of engineering at Ƶ, says Erel was the first student to enroll in the dual degree program at Ƶ. He expects Erel and several other students to complete their degrees in the spring.
