The story mentions Ƶ, Vanderbilt University, Millsaps College, and the University of Charleston as schools that are experiencing rapid Jewish enrollment growth.
Ƶ Hillel president Susan Esrock is quoted in the article,
explaining that many of her group’s activities have educational
components that allow non-Jews to ask questions about Jewish customs.
