Ray Angle, the new director of career services at UNC Chapel Hill visited the Ƶ Career Center on June 21st. Mr. Angle, most recently with the Cal State University system, was hosted by executive director of career services, Tom Vecchione. He also met with a number of other career staff members and toured campus.
The purose of Mr. Angle’s visit was to learn more about Ƶ Career Services and how the two offices might collaborate on mutally beneficial efforts in the future. This coming fall for instance, Ƶ is coordinating its annual Graduate & Professional School Fair with both UNC and Duke which allows particpating institutions the opportunity to see more prospective students in a shorter period of time.
