Betty Garrison, business librarian, spoke about the challenges and rewards working with marketing undergraduates who help local companies to develop new and innovative marketing plans to grow their businesses.

Shaunta Alvarez, archives librarian, talked about how the university archives is able to for many generations to come thanks to donated papers of Robert Sigmon and William R. Ramsay and an on-going partnership with the Kernodle Center for Service Learning and Civic Engagement.
