Almost 150 ������Ƶ alumni, parents and friends gathered Wednesday, April 25, for an Evening for ������Ƶ in Atlanta, to celebrate the university that unites them both in spirit and action.

The event was hosted at the Fernbank Museum of Natural History, an educational and entertaining event space that allowed attendees to view some of the world’s largest dinosaurs. The main program was held in the Great Hall, which provided a captivating setting for President Connie Ledoux Book’s remarks.

Surrounded by fossils of the past, Book spoke of her vision of ������Ƶ’s future, including the continued growth of the campus, increased resources for student scholarships and the importance of alumni participation.

“Each Evening for ������Ƶ event brings with it the same sense of community found on ������Ƶ’s campus,” said Brian Feeley ’03, director of alumni engagement. “Friends, classmates and colleagues are brought together not only to celebrate ������Ƶ’s accomplishments, but to learn about the exciting future of our university.”

The Atlanta event was preceded by the Charlotte Evening for ������Ƶ, which took place on April 18 at the NASCAR Hall of Fame, drawing almost 300 attendees. Both the Atlanta and Charlotte events offered opportunities for ������Ƶ alumni, parents and friends to engage with Book during her first tours of these key regions.

The final spring Evening for ������Ƶ event will take place on May 3 in Raleigh, N.C., at the Raleigh Convention Center Ballroom. Those wishing to attend can
