Five members of the Healthy Ƶ Committee have produced a video answering frequently asked questions regarding COVID-19.
Five members of the Healthy Ƶ committee address many questions related to Ƶ’s response to the pandemic this semester in a video released Sept. 22. The question-and-answer program is moderated by Jason Husser, associate professor of political science and policy studies, chair of Academic Council and a member of the Healthy Ƶ committee.
Topics in the video include:
- An examination of the COVID-19 cases reported this semester
- Ƶ’s approach to testing
- Whether a faculty-staff vaccination requirement is being considered
- The prospect for booster shots on campus
- Academic policies and practices related to class absences
- Ƶ’s indoor mask policy and the possibility of other restrictions
- The Continuity of Work and Instruction policy for faculty and staff
- The academic calendar for the remainder of the semester
- Preparations for Family Weekend
- Updates to Ƶ’s COVID-19 dashboard
