Anna Lainfiesta presents session on Super Heroes and ��Ƶ Abroad

is an annual user software conference sponsored by Terra Dotta software. The session, used super heroes like Elastigirl, Spiderman, Black Widow and Captain Marvel to demonstrate in a memorable way why users shouldn’t be afraid of the software.

This session also provide new and experienced users with tips and tricks that enhance and ease workloads.

The Study Abroad Student Ambassador application for 2013-2014 is live!

If you have studied abroad (year, semester, WT or summer), would like to promote study abroad, and like to talk about your personal experiences abroad, apply to be a Study Abroad Student Ambassador! As a SASA you will be a student representative of the Isabella Cannon Global Education Center (GEC) who is trained to promote studying abroad by speaking in ��Ƶ 101 classes, admissions events, study abroad fairs, orientations, and through one-on-one conversations with students. Being part of the SASA team, you will also have the opportunity to participate in the Phoenix Pal program to befriend international students as they transition into their own abroad experience at ��Ƶ.

Representatives from New Zealand visit ��Ƶ Feb. 28

A representative from Arcadia, Melissa Chambers, and the in New Zealand, Will Tregidga, will be on campus Thursday, February 28th to speak with students about studying abroad for a semester in New Zealand. Both representatives will host a drop in information session in Carlton 113 from 4:15 p.m to 5:15 p.m. on Thrusday.

Organization for Tropical Studies (OTS) visits ��Ƶ – March 13

Italian Studies Advisory Board Photo Contest – March 1

The Italian Studies Advisory Board (ISAB) would like to encourage all students who have been to Italy in the past two years to participate in a photo contest. The ISAB will display the top student photos during a reception in Ward Gallery from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in Ward Gallery on March 1.

All photos should be submitted electronically to elonicic@gmail.com by Feb. 26. Students should include their name, title of picture and brief description of the photo.

By submitting a photo to elonicic@gmail.com, students are allowing the ICIC and ISAB to use the photos for promotional and educational purposes.
