Thousands of refugees each year face hurdles in rebuilding lives away from homes where they were persecuted, and on Monday evening in the Global Neighborhood, ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ students learned more about issues confronting new arrivals to the United States.

Students in a fall semester Garden Studio course are leading an event that is free and open to the community from 2:30-5:30 p.m. with fall-themed baked goods, musical entertainment and pumpkin carving for children.
