RecycleMania 2011 kicks off at College Coffee

RecycleMania returns to ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ this month for the university’s fifth year taking part in a recycling competition involving hundreds of colleges and universities across the nation, including 19 institutions of higher learning in the state of North Carolina. New this year is an ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ campus contest where students spotted recycling at certain times of the week can win extra Phoenix cash for their efforts.

Hal Walker to serve as external reviewer at Gardner-Webb

Campus Kitchen at ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ, a community program to serve meals to those in need in Alamance County, opened for the first time on Tuesday when top university leaders prepared lasagna dishes during a special College Coffee in the 1889 Grill Room.

When her relatives forwarded a link to her YouTube project to colleagues and friends, the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ freshman found herself with more than an “A” – and Delaware’s Office of the Child Advocate couldn’t be happier.
