The group performs electronic music utilizing DJ tools, synthesizers, and samplers. Techtronica’s spring concert will take place on Monday, May 13, at 7 p.m in Yeager Recital Hall.

Under the direction of Clay Stevenson, the concert will feature music by some of ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ’s own student producers as well as remixes of popular songs. The concert is open to the public and free of charge.

Hailing from Armenian and Ukrainian families, both artists were educated at the Moscow State Conservatory and came to the United States in the 1990s to pursue advanced studies. They presently teach at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, and are artistic co-directors of the Norfolk Chamber Consort.
