At the second History and Geography Department Trivia Night of the year in the Historic Neighborhood, students tested their knowledge of African-American history in honor of Black History Month.  

Student media leaders from across the state attended professional sessions, many of which were led by ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ faculty and staff. 

Evan A. Gatti, associate professor of art history, co-presented a paper on Feb. 18, 2017 as part of special advocacy session called "Interventions in the Future of Art History" at the annual meeting of the College Art Association in New York. 

The article written by ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ’s university registrar, assistant registrar, and a student researcher was published in this month’s National Association of Colleges and Employers Journal. It highlights research that the team conducted to better understand employers’ perceptions of the new credential. 

The assistant professor of communications recently published articles in the Asian Journal of Communication and the Journalism & Mass Communication Educator.

Professor of Music Thomas Erdmann had a review published in the professional women arts journal.

Nina Namaste and Jessie Moore represented the in a recent AAC&U presentation featuring findings from the center’s 2015-17 research seminar on Integrating Global Learning with the University Experience.

The associate professor of psychology and coordinator of African and African-American Studies at ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ gave a talk titled “A Comparative Exploration of Depressive Symptomatology among Black and White Collegiate Women.”
