Belk Library staff members presented at the Triad Academic Library Association's Paraprofessional Conference at High Point University

 

ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Law Professor Scott Gaylord has authored both an article for the spring 2015 issue of the peer-reviewed Journal of Law, Medicine, and Ethics and an amicus brief in Walker-McGill v. Stuart, which is pending petition in the United States Supreme Court.  

The School of Communications assistant professor examined ethical crisis communication and stakeholder engagement through the lens of media professionals.

Marna Winter and Heidi Hollingsworth (School of Education) co-authored an article on promoting pretend play in the preschool years

 

Assistant Professor Aunchalee Palmquist and ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ graduate Molly O’Brien published a chapter in "Community Health Narratives: A Reader", edited by Emily Mendenhall and Kathy Wollner.

ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ senior public health studies major Catherine Palmer and Assistant Professor Aunchalee Palmquist presented their research in March at the 10th annual Breastfeeding and Feminism International Conference. 

Dan Harder, ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ’s director of Campus Technology Support, recently presented at a collaborative session with other Universities at EDUCAUSE Connect. 

 

Kevin Boyle publishes a new book of poems, ASTIR.

The associate professor of management presented three  research studies dealing with industrial and organizational psychology.

The professor of music had two articles published in a professional saxophone journal.
