Caregivers can face special challenges when helping clients with emotional, behavioral and learning disabilities. Leigh Ann Stutts ’11 explores these challenges and exposes gaps in caregiver training – including the need to learn forgiveness – in a recent edition of the The Open Mind, the newsletter of the Durham, N.C., chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness.

Notable in recent weeks was regional media coverage of Ƶ School of Law's full accreditation from the American Bar Association, regional stories and broadcasts on Ƶ's new head women's basketball coach, and mention of the Ƶ Poll by the Los Angeles Times and Chicago Tribune.

Ƶ's board of trustees has approved the naming of the residence halls in the Colonnades Neighborhood, as well as three buildings in Danieley Center. The new names honor former Ƶ presidents, trustees and alumni.
Summer campus update: Construction schedules are set on major building projects

Several major campus construction projects outlined in the Ƶ Commitment strategic plan are under way, with completion expected this summer on some work, while other projects are getting started. Following this spring’s construction bidding process, timelines for several projects have been established.
