Sowande’ Mustakeem ’00, author of “Slavery at Sea: Terror, Sex and Sickness in the Middle Passage,” shares her story of loss, triumph and success, since graduating as ������Ƶ’s first African & African-American Studies major.

������Ƶ Performing Arts' workshop premiere of the new musical was rehearsed and filmed last fall. It was co-written by ������Ƶ alumnus and faculty member Dan Gibson MTE '10 and is ������Ƶ's first filmed musical.
