Satko's Campus Conscious system, recycling plastic bottles into 3D printing filament linked to an online rewards app, won this year's ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Innovation Challenge.

The Dr. Jo Watts Williams School of Education hosted its annual Celebration of Student Excellence on May 2 to recognize the Class of 2023 and the students who demonstrate exceptional contributions in and out of the classroom.

The 2023 ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ graduate from Walnut Cove, N.C., will serve a two-year term on the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Board of Trustees.

The end-of-the-year luncheon concluded a full year of participation from 12 participants representing six Student Life departments.

The certification requires a combination of academic coursework in project management and the successful completion of a three-hour, 150-question certification exam.

The international business honor society recognized top-performing students during a May 2 induction ceremony featuring a keynote address by Christopher Craige, an executive-in-residence for the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business, and award presentations to two faculty members.

The professorship honors senior full professors for their career achievements in teaching, scholarship, leadership and service to ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ.

Bolstered by the academic strength of incoming students and improvements in bar passage rates, ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ School of Law in downtown Greensboro reached #133 - its highest-ever placement - in an influential annual guide to the nation’s best graduate programs.

Student leaders, organizations, and faculty and staff advisers from across the university community were honored on May 4 during the 28th annual Dr. Leo M. Lambert Awards ceremony.

Nine students were inducted into The Iota North Carolina Chapter of the Lambda Alpha National Anthropology Honor Society and the Alpha Kappa Delta National Sociology Honor Society during a ceremony and dinner held at Johnston Hall on April 20.
