Leaders from the alumni network met in Washington, D.C. on Aug. 12-13 for a series of meetings and discussions about how to further engage LGBTQIA alumni and support the efforts of the Gender and LGBTQIA Center (GLC) on campus.

In his annual address to open the faculty and staff planning week, President Lambert took a “big-picture” look at the university’s short-term and long-term plans.

Kebbler Williams '98, education planning and development consultant with the N.C. Department of Public Instruction and secretary of the ������Ƶ Board of Trustees, delivered the Commencement address. 

Swimmer Kelsi Worrell, the daughter of Bob Worrell '89 and Erica Faison Worrell '90, and niece of Dann Worrell '90, was a member of the U.S. women's 4x100m medley relay team. 

The 27 students in this year's Master of Arts in Interactive Media program have a variety of undergraduate degrees from universities across the United States.
