Alumni Mark Jetton '06 L'09 and Eric Meredith L'09 were profiled in the April 15 issue of the Charlotte Business Journal. The article focused on how the two established their own law firm, Jetton & Meredith, PLLC, in September 2009 immediately after graduating as part of ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Law's inaugural class.

Members of ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ's Young Alumni Council gathered on campus April 1-2 for its annual spring meeting, welcoming new members, celebrating the success of the March IGNITE Challenge and honoring outstanding graduates of the past decade at the inaugural Top 10 Under 10 Awards banquet.

In January 2009, Megan Bonstein '06 was living her dreams in New York City when doctors told her she had chronic myelogenous leukemia. Two years later, she's in recovery and determined to help others suffering from blood cancers in the New York area. She's one of 12 nominees for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) 2011 New York Chapter Man and Woman of the Year Award - and she needs the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ community's help to win.

The Young Alumni Council joined faculty, staff and ten remarkable ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ graduates of the past decade at the inaugural Top 10 Under 10 banquet April 2 in McKinnon Hall.

Professor Anne Bolin co-chaired an presented two invited sessions at the Society for Applied Anthropology meeting in San Francisco from March 29-April 2, 2011, in which an ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ alumna also presented on her work with Bolin while an undergraduate student.

ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ trustees gathered with Phoenix athletics fans and many other friends of the university to dedicate Alumni Field House on April 16. The 30,000-square-foot facility at the north end of Rhodes Stadium in the North Athletics Complex serves as the headquarters for ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ’s sports programs.
