Alum donates rare Domesday Book to ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ

Belk Library added a rare volume to its archives this fall when an ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ alumna donated to the university a copy of the first land survey ever completed in England, today considered one of the most important documents of the medieval era.

Jack Staley ’83 earns promotion in N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission

Jack Staley '83 has been promoted to supervisor of field operations for the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission's Division of Law Enforcement. Staley will oversee more than 200 officers in District 5, which includes Alamance, Rockingham, Orange, Granville, Durham, Person, Caswell, Randolph, Chatham, Lee and Guilford Counties.
