School pride and high spirits were on full display for ������Ƶ's annual Homecoming and Reunion Weekend.

During an Oct. 20 award presentation, the executive producer for WUSA9, a CBS affiliate in Washington, D.C., challenged his fellow alumni and current students “to build a space for people who are not like you.”

The sport management major and ������Ƶ women’s soccer player served as a marketing operations intern in New York City.

Callie Crew ’15 and Jeffrey Cook ’15 are the textbook definition of a power couple. Excelling in different careers, they exemplify how ������Ƶ students can find success through varied experiences that lead to opportunities in a range of career fields.

The ������Ƶ alumna produced a documentary, titled “Not Without a Trace,” for her BFA thesis project, and the film is set to screen at two upcoming film festivals in North Carolina.

Local alumni have a special opportunity to help spread the word about ������Ƶ’s new regional center located in South End.

Twelve students are enrolled in the new ������Ƶ in Charlotte Regional Center this fall, participating in the university’s sport management immersive semester and gaining real-world experience with the Atlantic Coast Conference, NASCAR, Fox Sports and other Charlotte-based organizations.

Last Wednesday, Sept. 13, over 750 alumni, parents and friends gathered in the Big Apple to hear about the newest updates happening on ������Ƶ’s campus.
