ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ hosted a photo exhibit Tuesday in Moseley Center as students, faculty and staff gathered for a special College Coffee, part of a series of events this month to commemorate the life of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Six men representing law, education, medicine, ministry & the student perspective offered reflections Thursday about the challenges confronting African-American males in the United States.

Pulitzer Prize-winner Jose Antonio Vargas will speak at ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ's Diversity and Leadership Conference about "coming out" as an undocumented immigrant in the New York Times Magazine and later on the cover of TIME magazine. 

Speakers, readings, service projects and a special College Coffee at ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ are among the many programs that commemorate the legacy of the slain American civil rights leader.

The ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ WPE is looking for new members for the Spring of 2015.  No experience is required and it is open to any member of the student body.

Wednesday, Nov. 13 from 5-7 p.m., join us in the McBride Gathering Space in the Truitt Center for Religious and Spiritual Life. All are welcome to celebrate as Muslims break their fast in honor of Allah saving the Children of Israel and Moses from the oppression of Pharaoh.

The facility brought together dozens of ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ students, faculty and staff for its opening—something it aims to do routinely to foster community.

A new resource room in Moseley Center will serve as a place for the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ community to engage intellectually and socially around gender and LGBTQIA topics.
