A campus Gathering of Friends to mourn the loss of a beloved ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ scholar and mentor takes place Monday, Feb. 29, at 4 p.m. in the Sacred Space of the Numen Lumen Pavilion.

The half-day event organized by the Periclean Scholars Class of 2016 included a keynote speaker; four breakout sessions led by local business owners; and a company fair featuring sustainable businesses and organizations.

Scott Dikkers, founding editor of the The Onion satirical newspaper and TheOnion.com humor website, entertained an ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ audience on Tuesday night in a campus visit sponsored by the Liberal Arts Forum.

Glenda Phillips Hightower and Eugene Perry ‘69 were honored during a special College Coffee with formal portraits unveiled to commemorate their roles in making ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ history.
