The strategic communications major was one of 50 students nationwide selected for the advertising industry’s premier multicultural recruiting initiative.

Presented by the School of Communications Inclusive Excellence Committee, the interactive event brought together students, faculty, staff and alumni to discuss a broad range of issues related to inclusivity in communications, journalism and the media.

Hosted by the school’s Inclusive Excellence Committee, the interactive event will bring together students, faculty and staff to explore topics such as investigative journalism, media diversity, health disparities, and sports equity, with a special emphasis on undergraduate research advancing DEI efforts.
