ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ Law Professor Faith Rivers James and ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ Law alumnus, Ben Snyder, L'12, co-authored an article discussing nonprofit engagement in ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ Law's curriculum. The article, published in the April 2012 edition of the North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA) Business Law Section newsletter, is titled, "ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ School of Law: Engaging the Nonprofit Sector in Legal Education."

The article, "Can ‘Tell-Alls' Tell All?", provides a briefing of right to publicity laws in North Carolina and across the nation.
