Teaching and Learning Technologies staff members, Dan Reis and Michael Vaughn, represent ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ's Maker Hub at two international conferences and share the important role making can play in education.

The Center for Writing Excellence and Teaching and Learning Technologies is pairing up for a winter-term workshop focused on writing. If you’re planning to assign writing this winter or spring and would like to use Moodle to streamline your feedback/grading process, please consider joining us.

The maker hub, the university's second, features a new variety of tools for makers along with twice the space as ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ's first maker hub in Colonnades. 

The new space on the third floor of ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Town Center on North Williamson Avenue is hosting an open house from 3 to 5 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 24.
