Welcome to a peaceful, exceptionally clean home located just 10 minutes from ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ, perfect for parents and family members attending Convocation Weekend.

As an ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ professor, I understand how special this weekend is for families. I am opening my home exclusively to parents and family members of ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ students who are looking for a quiet, comfortable, and convenient place to stay.

Your stay includes:

✔ Hardwood floors throughout

✔ Fresh linens and towels provided

Although I live in the home, your privacy will always be respected. The guest rooms and bathroom are located in a separate area of the house, providing a peaceful and comfortable experience.

For everyone’s security, there are exterior security cameras located at:

• Driveway
• Front entrance
• Back entrance
• There are no active cameras inside the guest areas.

House Guidelines
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, I kindly ask guests to:

• Treat the home as if it were your own.
• This accommodation is intended only for ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ parents and family members (not for students).

House Rules
Ask guests to agree to these before sending payment:

• Check-in: 3:00 p.m. or before if necessary; just email me
• Check-out: 11:00 a.m. or later if you need to
• Maximum 4 guests
• No visitors without permission
• No smoking or vaping
• No pets
• No parties or events
• Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
• Please treat the home with care and respect.

Convenient Location
Only 10 minutes from ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ and close to many local restaurants and grocery stores, including:

• 584 Grill
• The Village Grill
• Mykonos
• Prego’s
• Food Lion
• Harris Teeter (on the way to campus)
• Everything you need is just a short drive away.

Reservation Information
If you have not yet found lodging for Convocation Weekend, I would be happy to host you.

To reserve your stay:
$250/night with a 2-night minimum:

$250 × 2 = $500

Security Deposit
$100

Total before arrival
$600

Reservation

$250 deposit to reserve
$250 remaining upon arrival
$100 security deposit refunded after checkout

Reservation & Payment

To reserve your stay, a 50% deposit is required via Zelle. Your reservation will be confirmed once the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is due upon arrival before check-in.

A $100 refundable security deposit will also be collected and returned within 48 hours after checkout, provided there is no damage to the property and the house rules have been followed.
