Associate Professor, Young Kim, coordinator of the BFA program
Thank you for your interest in the BFA in Art at ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ. Our studio-intensive program is designed for passionate, intellectually curious students who are committed to developing both their creative voice and professional practice.
At ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ, you’ll work closely with faculty who are practicing artists dedicated to helping you reach your highest potential. The BFA curriculum emphasizes the intentional combination of strong technique and craftsmanship with bold, thought-provoking ideas. You’ll be encouraged to explore across disciplines and media, and to connect your studio work with the broader context of the liberal arts, art history, and contemporary issues.
Our program also prepares students for life after ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ by fostering professional practices and communication skills essential for graduate study, exhibition opportunities, residencies, and creative careers.
