Uniform Measurements: Height
To measure your height, stand against a wall. Place a flat object on your head. Measure from the floor to the bottom of the object.
Uniform Measurements: Inseam (in inches)
To measure your inseam, use a flexible measuring tape and start at the lowest point of your crotch, keeping the tape close to your leg, and measure down to the bottom of your ankle bone, following the curve of your inner leg.
Uniform Measurements: Waist (in inches)
To measure your waist, you can use a flexible tape measure to find the circumference around your abdomen.
Uniform Measurements: Hips/Seat (in inches)
To measure your hips, stand up straight with your feet together, then wrap a tape measure around the widest part of your buttocks, ensuring the tape is level and snug against your body without digging in.
Uniform Measurements: Chest (in inches)
To measure your chest size, wrap a flexible tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, just under your armpits, keeping the tape level and snug against your body while standing up straight with your arms relaxed at your sides; avoid puffing out your chest or holding your breath for an accurate measurement.
