As Queens employees transition to ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ employment, there are several important steps to complete and resources to become familiar with during the onboarding process. This page serves as a central hub for essential information related to account access, technology resources, benefits enrollment, payroll, time entry and other items that will help support a smooth transition to ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ.

Please review the information below carefully and complete any required actions by the indicated deadlines. Additional resources and guidance will continue to be added as information becomes available.

Establishing your ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ account

Action Required: Employees should claim their ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ account as soon as possible after receiving their RapidID email. Claiming your account and setting up Duo authentication is required to access ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ systems, benefits enrollment and other employee resources.

Queens employing transitioning to ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ employees as part of phase one received an email from RapidID on June 1 to their Queens emails with instructions for claiming and setting up their ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ accounts. ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ credentials will unlock employee essentials from email, account access and payroll and vacation items through OnTrack. More information about this process can be found on the .

Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment Deadline: Benefits elections must be completed by June 16, 2026. Employees who do not complete enrollment will be defaulted into not having any benefits coverage effective July 1, 2026.

As part of the transition to ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ employment, benefits-eligible employees are required to enroll in ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ benefits during the Open Enrollment period. Open Enrollment takes place from June 8–16, 2026, and employees must complete their elections by the deadline to ensure coverage begins on July 1, 2026. Employees who do not enroll during this period will not have benefits coverage effective July 1.

Before enrolling, employees must claim their ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ account and complete the account activation process to gain access to ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ systems, including the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ Benefits Hub. Once enrolled, employees can review and manage benefit elections through the Benefits Hub.

Payroll Information

As part of the transition to ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ employment, some employees will experience changes to payroll schedules, time entry processes and leave reporting procedures. Review the information below to understand what to expect and access resources that will help you navigate payroll-related processes at ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ.

Hourly Employees

  • Hourly employees are paid on a bi-weekly schedule and will receive 26 paychecks over the course of a calendar year. Please note that your salary will be distributed to two extra paychecks when compared to the bimonthly Queens pay schedule.
  • Due to the payroll calendar at ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ, the first paycheck from ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ will be issued on July 10, 2026. This check will not be representative of regular earnings as the check will only cover July 1-July 3, 2026 with taxes and benefit reductions withdrawn.
  • Regular pay periods for non-exempt employees are every two weeks.

Salaried Employees

  • Salaried employees will continue a monthly pay schedule.
  • Please note and plan accordingly that ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ distributes paychecks the last workday of each month to its salaried employees. In July that will occur on July 31, a change from the 25th that you are accustomed to.
  • Your June paycheck will be distributed by Queens on June 25 with no changes.

Time Entry & Leave Reporting

  • Salaried employees only submit leave hours used and are not responsible for entering hours.
  • Hourly employees will need to learn time entry using the links above or by calling ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ Payroll at (336) 278-5260 should they have any questions.
