  • Program Structure: Tuition remission allows eligible employees to enroll in courses at ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ, with full-time employees permitted to take up to 8 credits per semester and part-time employees up to 4 credits per semester, with supervisor approval. Tuition exchange enables dependents of eligible employees to apply for enrollment at participating partner institutions through a national exchange program.
  • Staff & Faculty Experience: Employees can further their own education through coursework while continuing in their roles.

  • Eligibility:
    • Employees: Tuition remission eligibility begins upon hire for undergraduate coursework; graduate program eligibility requires at least 12 months of employment (with limited exceptions).
    • Tuition Exchange for Dependents: Available to dependents of full-time employees who meet at least 2 years (24 months) of service by the applicable academic year deadline.
