Anu Räisänen, Ph.D.
Anu Räisänen serves as the inaugural director of HealthEU Initiatives, leading efforts to advance ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ’s strategic goals for a campus culture centered on holistic health and well-being. She oversees initiatives that promote wellness for students, faculty, and staff through the Six Dimensions of Well-Being and supports interdisciplinary research that positions ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ as a national leader in resilience and well-being in higher education. Collaborating across academic departments, student organizations, and administrative divisions, Räisänen champions innovative, sustainable approaches that embed well-being into the fabric of campus life. She also represents ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ on the U.S. Health Promoting Campuses Network, engages with the American College Health Association, and shares her expertise through presentations at regional and national conferences.
