This symposium will analyze how exploring borders, power, and the rule of law has led to various challenges within Immigration Law. Some issues that will be discussed will include, but are not limited to,  evolving borders, family law, policy changes, employment, seeking asylum, and humanitarianism throughout the United States.

The North Carolina State Bar has approved for this program to count toward 5 General CLE hours.
