Jodean Schmiederer will join ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ as its new assistant dean
of students, with overall responsibility for the Moseley Campus Center,
Greek Life, Student Judicial Affairs, Student Activities, Summer
Conferences, and Family Weekend.

The ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ Phoenix will enter the upcoming 2008 Southern Conference Baseball Championship as the number one seed
after winning the regular season title outright with a 19-8 SoCon mark.
The Phoenix finished one game ahead of College of Charleston (18-9)
whose loss on the last day of the regular season gave ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ the title
outright. It is the second SoCon title for ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ in three seasons.
