in his second term in the North Carolina General Assembly. A Burlington native and graduate of Walter M. Williams High School, he also graduated from Ƶ and attended graduate school at North Carolina State University. He now serves on the Ƶ Board of Visitors. Ross served twice on the Burlington City Council, including a term as mayor.
