Open auditions for the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ Jazz Ensemble will be held during the band's first class meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 28, from 12:25 to 2:05 p.m. in Room 164 of the Center for the Arts.
Were you a member of the band program in high school? Are you missing the feeling of making music with a group of like-minded individuals? Is your instrument crying out to you to take it out of its case once in a while and give it some love? Did you know that you don’t have to be a music major to participate in the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ’s premier jazz ensemble?
Open auditions for the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ Jazz Ensemble will be held during the band’s first class meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 28, from 12:25 to 2:05 p.m. in Room 164 of the Center for the Arts. Trumpeters, trombonists, saxophonists, pianists, guitarists, bassists and drummers are all encouraged to attend. There may even be a spot or two available for vocalists.
