Tonight on Phoenix Flavors: Ƶ Dining chefs make cookies

Each Wednesday night at 8 p.m. on the Facebook pages of Ƶ and Ƶ Dining, a chef will introduce a new recipe you can cook at home.

With all the extra time many people are spending at home,Ƶ Dining Services is sharing a few tasty activities to help pass the time while practicing social distancing. Phoenix Flavors, is a weekly cooking demonstration offering new recipes you can make yourself at home delivered by Ƶ Dining chefs. They will be sharing their favorite recipes from Ƶ and creating new connections through food and cooking.

A new addition to the series streams at 8 p.m. each Wednesday night on the Facebook pages for ,Ի. On the menu tonight – how to make homemade cookies with Ƶ Dining Pastry Chef Adam Neill.

In the April 29 edition of Phoenix Flavors, Ƶ Dining Chef and Hospitality Services Director Keith Griffin and Executive Chef Jay Vetter demonstrated how to make fried chicken and biscuits. Watch the video below:

Each Wednesday, Today at Ƶ will feature last week’s video, and a look ahead at what’s on the menu this week.

Check in with Ƶ Dining’s  to find new cooking videos from an Ƶ Dining chef, along with their recipes. Ƶ Dining will also share additional recipes, and is taking requests for dishes to be featured in upcoming videos. Have a culinary question? There’s a way to ask those, too.
