ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ alumna Kelly Murtagh '09 has a starring role in the new Netflix hit "The Lovebirds." She discussed the role, as well as the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on her life and career with The Advocate.

Cedric Pulliam has worked for national and international health agencies since graduation to prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS. Now a public health advisor for the CDC, he will work the the nation's top officials in pandemic response.

Chase served as a faculty member in the Department of Religious Studies for 25 years and was awarded the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Medallion in 2002.

The ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ president discussed career development skills in the wake of a national pandemic and shared personal insights from her own career with members of the Women of the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Entertainment Empire.

Though driven apart by the global COVID-19 pandemic, members of the Class of 2020 came together online on Friday, May 22, with their friends, families and ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ faculty and staff to celebrate all they have accomplished during the past four years and receive their degrees.

During an online ceremony, these six new ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ alumni formalized their participation in service-year programs offered by ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ in partnership with local organizations. Six fellows who have completed their year of service were also recognized.

Graduate degree candidates in the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business were conferred degrees during a virtual ceremony on Thursday, May 21.

The song, titled "Corona - It's Not a Beer We Fear," was made using "found" instruments.

The 30 members of ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ’s Master of Arts in Interactive Media program were honored for their dedication even during uncertain times globally during the program’s virtual degree conferral ceremony on Wednesday, May 20.

These 14 students on Wednesday became the two-year program’s first alumni, and leave ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ prepared to pursue careers in a wide range of higher education environments.
