David S. Levine joined the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ School of Law faculty in 2009 and quickly forged an international reputation for his legal research into the areas of lawmaking, trade secrecy, and the ways in which corporations and governments use the law to control access to intellectual property.

Titch Madzima, assistant professor of exercise science, has published an article in Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise on the effects of moderate to vigorous resistance exercise combined with a daily protein supplement on body composition and muscular strength in breast cancer survivors.

A first book by Rebecca Pope-Ruark, associate professor of English, published by the University of Chicago Press looks at how the popular Agile project management techniques can be applied in the classroom and in research work. 

The article by Rosemary Haskell, professor of English, appeared in a special issue of the journal South Atlantic Review.

Physics and engineering students and faculty gathered Thursday, Dec. 7, 2017, on the last day of classes for the annual end of semester banquet.

Ann Bullock, dean of ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ's School of Education, was a featured guest on a recent episode of Education Matters, a program that airs statewide on UNC-TV as well as in the Triangle on WRAL and in the Charlotte area on FOX 50. 

Enfield, associate professor of education worked with Rosenthal to write “Taking science home: Reflexivity on becoming a teacher insider in an afterschool science program,” a book about their efforts to bring science learning to local children in an informal after-school program. The book narrates their efforts to become insiders in the social and cultural context, their learning as teachers, and the ways that science learning mediated between the children, teachers, context and content through the after-school program.

Students in ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ's Physician Assistant Studies program and staff from the Alamance Open Door Clinic participated in a design thinking sprint on Tuesday, Dec. 5, to address two questions related to quality improvement and patient adherence.

ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Law, in coordination with the Legal Writing Institute, hosted a One-Day Workshop in December for regional law professors and practitioners who visited downtown Greensboro for a program that was part of a nationwide series.
