The Jackie Watson-Jones ’71 Annual Scholarship for Education Majors will make a difference for future teachers.

This year saw 80 percent of ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ employees make gifts to the institution in support of student scholarships, athletics programs and more. The increased engagement comes as ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ pursues its ambitious ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ LEADS Campaign, which seeks to raise $250 million during the next three years. 

Allison Fox ’15 creates scholarship opportunities for women who wish to study business at ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ. The generous gift targets two priorities of ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ LEADS, the largest fundraising campaign in the university’s history.

The fundraising drive held leading up to the inauguration of Book as ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ's ninth president in October 2018 will fund the purchase of 1,000 books for the local school system. 

A generous gift from Richard ’87 P’17 and Laurie Johnson P’17 focus on two priorities of the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ LEADS Campaign, the largest fundraising campaign in the university’s history.

The gathering in the Schar Center provided the opportunity for hundreds of ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ leaders and supporters to learn more about the campaign and its priorities. 

The seven-year fundraising campaign is the largest in the university’s history, with a central focus on expanding financial support for students.

Christine Gordon P'16, P'19 and her late husband, Sheldon, established a new endowed professorship of entrepreneurship.

This gift represents a historic investment in Alamance County students with high financial need. These scholarships are among the top priorities of the upcoming ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ LEADS Campaign, the largest fundraising campaign in the university’s history.

The generous commitment from Robert and Kim Graybill P’21, of Sparks, Maryland, will broaden access to ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ and create an enduring tribute to service in law enforcement and the military.
