A grant from the Concord, N.C., foundation moves the university closer to breaking ground on the project.

Nearly 3,000 parents of current students and alumni showed their support for ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ in the last fiscal year.

Gifts made from June 1, 2012, through May 31, 2013, outpaced the previous fiscal year by $2.8 million.
