Alumni volunteers worked with ������Ƶ to coordinate fundraising efforts and host special virtual events during Homecoming & Reunion Week 2020

More than 300 donors contributed to a special fundraising effort as part of the ������Ƶ LEADS Campaign to increase financial aid for families impacted by COVID-19. Sage Albert ’23 is one of the many students grateful for the support.

The generous gift from ������Ƶ Trustee Vicky Hunt and her husband, Sam Hunt, will provide life-changing opportunities for generations of ������Ƶ students. This gift pushes the ������Ƶ LEADS Campaign past the $200 million mark toward the $250 million goal.

The late Beth Powell, an entrepreneur and world traveler, has created a legacy that will help women studying business at the university. Her estate gift to the ������Ƶ LEADS Campaign creates 12 Business Fellows scholarships and a Global Studies Scholarship.

The special fundraising effort to increase scholarship support has helped nearly 100 students whose families were impacted by COVID-19.

The lead gift, among the largest ever given to ������Ƶ, by Furman ‘56 and Susan Moseley will name IQ One and marks a significant step forward in the launch of facilities that will house ������Ƶ’s engineering and STEM programs.

More than 2,400 alumni, parents and friends made gifts during the “Masks On. Rise Up!” initiative in August to support ������Ƶ students and programs, despite challenging times worldwide.

This fall, students, faculty and staff are being provided with ������Ƶ masks. For a few more days, alumni, parents and families can join them in adding a custom ������Ƶ face covering to their mask rotations.

John Hill ’76 and his wife, Lesley Hill, have made a $100,000 gift to support The Inn at ������Ƶ, student scholarships and Phoenix athletics.
