Sixteen students in ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Academy's Pi cohort were celebrated on Wednesday, May 8, as they prepare to graduate from high school and pursue new educational opportunities.

The academy's Sigma cohort is one of three that is spending the next three weeks on ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ's campus for courses and college preparation sessions.

Means is currently an associate professor at University of Pittsburgh's School of Education and has a goal to build networks that focus on addressing racial, class, spatial inequities and injustices in education.
