The Inclusive Law Community Workgroup hosts two programs for the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Law community in the days surrounding the federal holiday memorializing the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

The professor of law contributes each year to the Civil Procedure Section Newsletter of the Association of American Law Schools, helping to inform American law professors about changes to federal rules that govern the handling of lawsuits.

An annual showcase of the university's strongest faculty and student scholarship spotlighted an ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Law professor whose expertise has influenced judicial decisions and media coverage of the law.

ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Law Dean Luke Bierman recently published a column in regional newspapers about the need for innovation in American legal education.

The law school community gathered Dec. 15, 2016, to recognize 10 students who completed their legal studies a semester early while, in the words of ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Law Dean Luke Bierman, “leaving this place better than you found it.”

The opportunity to work full-time in a course-connected legal environment has already "exceeded expectations" of students in the Class of December 2017 whose experiential learning is unlike that found at other law schools.
