David Levine analyzes federal intellectual property legislation on WUNC radio

ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ Law professor David Levine was a featured guest on WUNC radio's The State of Things on August 19. Levine discussed the Protect-IP Act, legislation under consideration in Congress that sponsors describe as an effort to protect online intellectual property, but critics say would be a threat to free speech and open Internet.

ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ Law Review publishes issue on engaged learning in legal education

Volume three, issue one of the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ Law Review includes four articles by scholars and teachers of law who are experts in legal education pedagogy. The authors explore enhancements to casebooks, testing techniques, teaching methods, teacher evaluation, and other aspects of law school instruction to improve learning in legal education.

The event was designed to support entrepreneurs in the development of early stage product ideas and to encourage increased entrepreneurial activity in the region.

Elaine Jones tells Diversity Day attendees preparation is key to success
