On January 6, at the Association of American Law Schools (AALS) annual meeting in San Francisco, ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ Law professor Andy Haile presented research entitled, "Taxing Internet Sales: The Battle Between States and Retailers." Haile's presentation was part of a "Hot Topics Program" at the annual meeting exploring legal and policy issues surrounding the taxation of Internet sales.
