Harris Jr. shared stories from his career Wednesday in a ceremony to honor him as the second recipient of the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ Medal for Entrepreneurial Leadership.

LSB Students Named Finalists at World Collegiate Sales Competition

Love School of Business students Gregory "Carl" Hairston and Tyler Reynolds have been named as finalists for the World Collegiate Sales Competition, to be held November 11-13 at Northern Illinois University. Only 16 students nationwide were selected as finalists. Students Priscilla Abad and Lindsay Richardson were named semifinalists for the upcoming competition.

Venture capitalist and former NASA astronaut Dr. Bernard A. Harris Jr. will address students, faculty and students in an Oct. 20, 2010, ceremony to honor him with the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ Medal for Entrepreneurial Leadership. Sponsored by the Doherty Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership and the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business, the program in Whitley Auditorium is free and open to the public.
