LSB Business Fellows visit Wall Street

Nineteen Business Fellows and six faculty members from the Love School of Business traveled to New York City September 23-26 to visit Wall Street firms and network with ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ alumni as part of the annual Business Fellows Fall NYC trip.

ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ entrepreneurship students attend networking event

Entrepreneurship students participated Sept. 23 in The Indus Entrepreneurs of Carolina’s (TiE) networking event at the Brier Creek Country Club in Raleigh, N.C. The students networked with approximately 80 high growth and technology entrepreneurs as part of their Entrepreneurship Skills course taught by Gary Palin, executive director of the Doherty Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership.

Alumni offer words of wisdom to LSB students

Several students in the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business walked into classes on Friday, Sept. 10, to a bit of a surprise. At the front of the classroom stood not only their faculty members, but also representatives of the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ Alumni Board, who visited the classes to share industry and career advice with the next generation of ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ’s alumni. The Alumni Board held its semiannual meetings on campus Sept. 10-11.

Sept. 28–Beta Alpha Psi to host Graduate School Forum

Beta Alpha Psi is sponsoring a Graduate School Forum on September 28th at 7:30 pm, LaRose Digital Theatre. The Grad School Forum will showcase several Masters of Accounting (MAcc) and MBA programs, and is open to all LSB students.
