The program on Tuesday graduated 12 students who will leave ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ prepared to pursue careers in a wide range of higher education environments.

Coffee, a professor in the Department of Middle, Secondary and K-12 Education at the University of North Carolina Charlotte, was also named the winner of the Bank of America Award for Teaching Excellence in September.

Students in the School of Education were inducted into Kappa Delta Pi, the international honor society in education that promotes the highest ideals of the teaching profession, on April 22, 2020.

Since graduating from ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ in 2019 with a B.A. in Adventure Based Learning and a B.S. in Environmental and Ecological Science, Abigail Krump has soared as a young professional.

On Tuesday, April 27, members of the university community can listen to and engage with nearly 240 oral and poster presentations.
