Friends and family members of ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Law students are invited to the seventh annual Friends & Family Day on Oct. 25. The event begins at 9 a.m. and concludes with a 1 p.m. luncheon.  

The ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Law Barristers' Ball will take place Saturday, April 12 at 6:30 p.m. in the Empire Room in downtown Greensboro.

ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Student Government Association (SGA) candidate applications now available to students running for spring election

ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Law's 2014 Martin Luther King, Jr. Forum will take place at 6 p.m., on June 21 at the law school. It will commemorate the legal career and legacy of civil rights attorney Julius Chambers.

ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Law students, please join us on Tuesday, Oct. 15 at noon (Room 204) for the first speaker in this year’s Business Law Speaker Series. Rick Berry is the Senior Vice President and Director of Case Administration for the Financial Industries Regulation Authority (FINRA). FINRA protects investors by writing and enforcing rules and regulations that govern the activities of brokerage firms and brokers. FINRA also administers the largest forum specifically designed to resolve disputes between and among investors, securities firms, and individual brokers.  

ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Law joins the American Bar Association in observance of National Pro Bono Celebration Week. The annual event, which runs from October 19-27, 2013, casts a national spotlight on pro bono efforts across the country. Many of ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Law's events are highlighted below. 

The sixth annual Intramural Moot Court Competition at ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ School of Law will take place on September 23, 26 and 30.

Family & Friends is an annual event coordinated through the Office of Student Affairs in conjunction with the Student Bar Association.
