Head Teacher, Grades 3 and 4

Lead small classes using the Orton–Gillingham approach to help students develop confidence and fluency in reading.

Assistant Teachers

Support classroom instruction, reinforce structured literacy lessons, and help maintain a nurturing, student-centered environment.

ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ & Business Operations Director

Oversee admissions, operations, and family communications to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience.

Communications Director

Lead storytelling and outreach for the Roberts Academy, sharing our mission and success with families, educators, and partners.
