The Truitt Center offers multiple pathways for students to develop their leadership skills, and graduate from ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ equipped to engage in communities throughout the world, and succeed in fulfilling their goals, dreams, and visions.

Through the , , , Graduate Internships, and Student Staff programs, students learn to discern their own personal values, passions and interests; plan events and programs that have impact on the entire campus community; develop interfaith and intercultural competence; delve into civic responsibility and identify; and engage in meaningful dialogue across difference.
